CANCELLATIONS & RUNNING LATE:

Please know that we understand that life is unpredictable.  Your stylist will send you a 48 hour and a 24 hour text reminder of your reservation through their booking system to help you remember the day and time of your appointment.  If you need to reschedule, please do so before the 24 hour reminder.  Running over 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being rescheduled to the next available time. We may be able to accomodate you by shortening your service time, however you will be charged the full amount of your reservation.  This is done to avoid inconveniencing our next guests that are booked after you.  Please know that we do our best to run on time for your scheduled reservation, and we thank you for respecting our time as well.  Please reach out to your stylist to see their cancellation fees.

PARKING:

Free parking is available behind the salon.  There is an entrance from Humphreys Street between the salon sign and the American Legion.

EXTRA GUESTS & CHILDREN:

Please do not bring any extra guests or children with you unless they also have an appointment.  We have very limited space are unable to accommodate them.

PETS:

Although we love our furry friends, the Arizona State Board of Cosmetology does not allow any pets to be in the salon unless they are certified service dogs with tags.  The service dog must have a service label on and be performing the service acts while present in the salon.  We are required to comply with these regulations and pay a fine of $500 if not, which will be charged to the pets owner.

COVID-19:

Please cancel your appointment if you have any of the following symptoms and have been exposed to someone with Covid-19: fever, coughing, runny nose, sore throat, loss of taste or smell.  Masks are optional, and we ask that you politely keep your opinions of masks and vaccines to yourself during your visit.  We are following Hippa rules and staff vaccine statuses are not available to the public.  We understand if you are not comfortable not knowing vaccination statuses and ask you to choose another salon to serve your hair needs if you are uncomfortable.
